By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.
Your VIP Membership is billed at $97 per month on a recurring basis, charged automatically to your payment method on the same date each month. By purchasing, you confirm you consent to this recurring charge and understand your subscription will auto-renew each month until cancelled.
UK-based customers will be charged VAT at the applicable rate in addition to the membership fee.
Free access via affiliate partnership: If you sign up to HighLevel or Extendly via our affiliate link, you qualify for complimentary VIP Membership access for as long as your qualifying subscription remains active. Free access is verified against the email address used to register with the partner service and will be granted to that email address by default. Free access is contingent on your affiliate-linked subscription remaining in good standing. Should that subscription lapse or be cancelled, paid membership terms will apply if you wish to continue access.
Free access terms are also subject to our affiliate arrangements with HighLevel and Extendly remaining in place. In the event that a partner programme changes or our affiliate relationship ends, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any change to your free access takes effect.
Upgrading from paid to free access: If you are an existing paying member and subsequently sign up to a qualifying partner via our affiliate link, your paid subscription will be cancelled and you will receive free ongoing access tied to your partner-registered email address, subject to the conditions above. No refund will be issued for any portion of a billing period already paid.
You may cancel your membership at any time via the billing portal at portal.myghlcoach.com or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your access will be revoked. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.
30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment by contacting [email protected]. This applies to new members only and may only be used once.
Statutory cooling-off period: Under UK consumer law, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel digital content purchases. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you request immediate access to the membership content and acknowledge that this waives your statutory 14-day cancellation right. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies in its place and is more favourable.
Outside of the above, we do not offer refunds. The one exception is where a billing error has occurred on our part — for example, if you submitted a valid cancellation request and were subsequently charged. In such cases, the erroneous charge(s) will be refunded promptly upon confirmation.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. For payment disputes, please contact us at [email protected] before raising a chargeback, so we can resolve the matter directly.
Access to VIP Membership content and community is for the named account holder only and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or access with third parties is not permitted.
All content within the VIP Membership — including but not limited to videos, documents, templates, workflows, and community resources — is the intellectual property of Jonah Cockshaw Ventures Limited, trading as My GHL Coach. Members may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share membership content outside of the membership without express written permission.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content within the membership at any time.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at myghlcoach.com/privacy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you are found to be in breach of these terms, our community rules, engaging in abusive behaviour toward other members or our team, or acting in a manner harmful to the community.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
